■ 操作
Operation
1. 捲曲右手的中指、無名指至掌心;伸直右手其餘手指
bend right middle & ring fingers into palm
extend rest of fingers of right hand
2. 以右手的拇指,放置於左手的手腕
place right thumb onto left wrist
3. 以右手的食指尖,觸碰左手的拇指尖
connect tip of right index finger to tip of left thumb
4. 以右手的尾指尖,觸碰左手的食指尖
connect tip of right little finger to tip of left index finger
5. 以左手的中指、無名指及尾指,包籠右手的外側面緣
wrap left middle, ring & little fingers on outer edge of right hand
